- Sara Dr. Twan Twan Soe
- is Director of Kingthar Institute in Rathedaung (Kingthar), Rakhaing State. Graduated from High School in 2000, August. Ordained as a novice-monk at 16 in 2000, March. Studied Pali Scriptures during 2000 and 2004. Passed Advanced Pali with First in all Rakhaing State in 2004. Ordained as a fully-ordained-monk by age 20 in Akyab, Rakhaing. Was conferred B.A. (English) in 2005. Lectured Pali Scriptures at Sasanajotipala Monastery. Studied Teacher-ship in the Dhamma at Alodawpyei Dhammācariya University - Yangon. Studied in Sri Lanka for his PG. Diploma and M.A. in Buddhist Studies in 2007 and in 2008 respectively at PGIPBS (University of Kelaniya). Completed 2 years DETE from University of Colombo. Followed BLCE program at Faculty of Social Sciences (Chiang Mai University) during Jan. and Feb. in 2010. He started his M. Phil. in the beginning of 2008 and upgraded to Ph.D. in July, 2009, and successfully completed his doctorate on 26th July, 2012 from the University of Kelaniya. For his credit; A Study of Buddhism in Arakan by his monkhood name; Ashon Nyanuttara; has been published in 2014. He currently serves as the Director of Twan Education Services in Rathedaung.
